ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

All our products are sourced from reliable partners and each item undergoes an authentication inspection. We guarantee every item to be 100% authentic. 

 

WHAT'S AN INFLUENCER? 

Influencers are our network of super stylish parents and kids - who you may be familiar with from their Instagram accounts - who are selling their pre-loved pieces exclusively with us.

CAN I LEAVE ITEMS IN MY SHOPPING BAG AND ARE THEY RESERVED?

If you have an account with us and you are shopping after you logged in, the items will stay in your shopping bag after you log out. However, please note that this doesn't mean that the items have been reserved for you. Until you check out, the products are visible to all customers and available for purchase by anyone.

HOW DO I CONFIRM YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

We send an email confirmation for every order and it should be with you within 10 minutes. If you do not receive it please check your spam/bulk folder and if you still can't find it, please emails us at Kidieezuk@gmail.com

If you are a registered customer, you will be able to login to your account and view the status of your order and any comments or emails we have sent you.

 

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

If it’s the first time you’re shopping with us, you will be asked if you would like to set up an account. To do so, please follow the registration form. You will be able to: 

  • Check the status of new and previous orders
  • Update your personal information
  • Change your password

WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?

Kidieez currently accepts payment in:

  • British Pound (GBP)
  • US Dollar (USD)
  • Euro (EU)
  • Others (you can switch the price of your items by clicking on the currency converter on the bottom right corner corner of every page)

Please note that the final price might be slightly different, depending on the conversion rate that your bank will apply when charging your card.
